Serves 4-6

What You Need:

1 cup cashews
½ cup dates, pitted
½ vanilla bean, split and scraped, or ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
3 cups water

What You Do:

1. Into a blender, place all ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve.
