SoulCycle Debuts Vegan Pre-Workout Cookie

News

The fitness chain has partnered with famed bakery Milk Bar to create a plant-based, protein-packed cookie, the first food offering available at SoulCycle locations nationwide.

Fitness chain SoulCycle partnered with New York-based bakery Milk Bar to create the vegan SoulFuel cookie, the spinning-class studio’s first food offering. A representative for Milk Bar confirmed to VegNews that the SoulFuel cookie (developed by pastry guru Christina Tosi) is vegan—the third cruelty-free addition to its LIFE cookie line—and is made with almonds, macadamia nuts, coconut, turmeric, citrus, and quinoa. “Milk Bar and SoulCycle have more in common than might meet the eye,” the press release stated. “Both beloved brands believe in celebrating all of life’s indulgent moments and the balancing act of having it all—recognizing small glories, big occasions, and the magic of the everyday through empowerment, innovation, creative spirit, and the power of community.” A portion of the sales of the limited-edition SoulFuel cookie ($5)—now available at all SoulCycle and Milk Bar locations, and for delivery online, nationwide—will go to benefit SoulScholarship, a nonprofit that introduces the importance of fitness to underserved communities.
