The largest of its kind Down Under, Sydney Vegan Market features the best of plant-based food, cruelty-free beauty, and ethical fashion.
New vegan mega-market Sydney Vegan Market debuts today in Australia. The 100-vendor market is the the largest of its kind on the continent and features everything from cork-based, leather-free accessories to plant-based meats. Participating vendors include fermented beverage company Bespoke Kombucha, vegan shop Suzy Spoon’s Vegetarian Butcher, vegan ice cream brand Chachas, and beauty brand Dula Balm. “Australia is the third-fastest growing vegan market in the world,” event organizer Kate Jones told media outlet Daily Mail UK. “Our promise is to make veganism and cruelty-free living accessible to all.” Australia is also home to the world’s largest vegan grocery store, The Cruelty Free Shop, which carries more than 3,500 vegan products.
