Vegan Cheese Platter Debuts in Time for Christmas

News

Vegan brand Violife launches a three-cheese Christmas platter perfect for holiday celebrations.

Greek vegan brand Violife debuted its three-cheese Christmas Dairy-Free Platter earlier this month. The offering consists of three varieties including funky “blu,” mature cheddar, and cranberry-dotted after-dinner cheeses. The company also makes smoked provolone slices, cheddar shreds, melty mozzarella blocks, and a grate-able Parmesan wedge. “We are passionate about creating great-tasting food without compromise or cruelty using only plant-based ingredients,” Violife CEO Anthimos Misailidis said. The Christmas platter is available at United Kingdom locations of grocery chain Sainsbury’s, which has added a number of vegan cheese options in recent months to its stores to satisfy customer demand. Violife made its United States debut by way of expanding pizza chain WisePies Pizza & Salad in August and is currently being offered at Pizza Hut locations in the UK.
