Shoppers at the Mall of America can soon feast on plant-based burgers, fries, and coconut soft serve at vegan eatery Earth Burger.
Texas-based vegan eatery Earth Burger will open in early 2018 inside Minnesota’s Mall of America (MOA), the largest shopping mall in the United States. The shop will serve a wide array of vegan dishes including fish-less sandwiches, grilled chik-n protein wraps, “beefy” burgers, “chik-n” tenders, and sides such as fries, kale salads, and apple slices. Earth Burger will also feature a kids’ menu and two dessert options—coconut-based soft serve and vegan brownies. “With over 50 different dining options at MOA,” Carrie Charleston, MOA Vice President of Leasing said, “we are delighted to expand our selection with Earth Burger’s unique vegan and kosher-certified menu.” Earth Burger took to Facebook to thank MOA for promoting its vegan fare. “We're looking forward to recruiting a whole new group of ‘Cause-monauts’ to the vegan fast-food landscape in Minnesota,” Earth Burger posted, prompting MOA to respond with, “We can't wait to rocket off with you! It's going to [be] out of this world.”
